Looking for an alternative to a strategy builder?
Most no-code algo platforms in India are strategy builders: you assemble a condition set, backtest it, and deploy it. Ai4Trades is built around a different idea — that what usually fails is not the strategy, it is the exit. Here is how the two approaches differ, so you can decide which fits how you trade.
Two different problems
A strategy builder answers "what should I trade?" You express a set of conditions, test it against history, and let it enter and exit on its own.
Ai4Trades answers "will I actually get out where I said I would?" You bring your own view of what to trade. The platform makes sure the exit — the stop, the trail, the partial booking — is an order that fires rather than an intention you had.
Neither is better in the abstract. If you want a system that decides for you, a strategy builder is the right shape. If you already decide, and what you lose is at the exit, this is the right shape.
What Ai4Trades does
- Bring Your Broker: connect the SEBI-registered broker you already use and keep your existing brokerage plan. Multiple broker accounts can sit in one Ai4Trades account.
- No platform fee for core usage. No subscription for the platform, no per-order credit, no charge per exchange. Your broker charges brokerage; we charge nothing.
- No broker recommendations, ever — and no share of your brokerage, so nothing in the product has an incentive to make you trade more.
- Triggers on every surface: chart, watchlist, screener, order book, positions and holdings all set the same rule.
- Trailing stop loss and multi-level profit booking as first-class rules, not an afterthought bolted to an entry signal.
- Full market data included: tick-by-tick NSE and BSE, breadth, sector and index performance, option chain with open interest and build-up, block and bulk deals, FII/DII and participant-wise open interest, and a corporate-action and earnings calendar.
- Native Android and iOS apps on the same account, the same broker and the same triggers as the desk.
- Paper trading, so a rule can be watched against live data before real capital is involved.
What we will not tell you
We will not describe another company’s product, pricing or behaviour on this page. Those change, and a comparison table that is wrong about someone else is worse than no comparison table. Read their site, read ours, and check both against what you actually do on a trading day.
We will also not show you a backtest curve to sell a subscription. Past performance and backtested or simulated results do not indicate or guarantee future returns, and any platform that leads with an equity curve is selling the curve.
The honest caveats
Ai4Trades is a technology platform, not a stock broker, research analyst or investment adviser. It holds no client funds or securities, gives no recommendations, and places every order through your own broker. Trading in equity derivatives carries a high risk of loss, and automation does not change that. Read the risk disclosure.
Questions
Do I have to switch brokers to use Ai4Trades?
No. You connect the broker account you already have and keep your existing brokerage plan. If you do not have one, you pick from the supported list — we never recommend one for you.
Is there a subscription?
There is no platform fee for core usage: no subscription for the platform, no per-order credit, no charge per exchange. You pay your broker their normal brokerage and statutory charges.
Can I move my existing strategy across?
If your strategy is a set of price levels and exit rules — entry, stop, target, trail, partial booking — it maps directly. Ai4Trades is built around executing a trade path you define, not around importing a scripted strategy.
What happens to my open positions if I stop using the platform?
They are yours, in your own broking and demat account, and they stay exactly where they are. Revoking the broker authorisation stops new orders being placed; it does not close anything.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — native Android and iOS apps with the same account, the same broker and the same triggers as the desk, including push notifications when a screen or a trigger fires.
