Ai4Trades is a technology platform

Ai4Trades is a technology platform. It is not a stock broker, research analyst, investment adviser or portfolio manager, it does not hold client funds or securities, and every order is placed through your own SEBI-registered broker.

Ai4Trades builds software that watches prices and places orders on conditions you have set, in the broker account you have connected. That is the whole of what it does. It has no trading membership of any exchange, no bank or demat account of yours, and no discretion over what you trade.

What we are not

• Not a stock broker. Ai4Trades does not have a trading membership of any exchange and does not execute trades. Orders reach the exchange through the SEBI-registered stock broker whose account you connect.
• Not an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on this site or in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not publish target prices, buy calls or model portfolios, and we do not tell you which broker to use.
• Not a portfolio manager and not a custodian. Your funds and securities remain in your own bank, broking and demat accounts at all times. Ai4Trades never receives, holds or has withdrawal rights over your money.
• Not a guarantor of outcomes. No return, profit, loss limit or fill price is assured. A stop loss, trail or profit-booking rule is an instruction to place an order; it is not a promise that the order will execute at that price.

Nothing here is investment advice

Every page of this website, every screen of the product, and every screener, scan, watchlist, chart study, indicator, market-data table or notification within it is provided for information and for the operation of instructions you give. None of it is a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or other instrument, and none of it is tailored to your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.

We do not publish buy, sell or hold calls. We do not publish target prices. We do not run model portfolios and we do not manage anyone’s money. If you want advice about whether an investment suits you, take it from a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

We also do not recommend brokers. Ai4Trades supports a list of brokers; which one you use is your decision, made on your own assessment, and we do not receive a payment from a broker for sending you to them.

Account balances, positions, holdings, order values, profit-and-loss figures, client identifiers and instrument identifiers in them have been masked or replaced. They illustrate layout and behaviour. They are not anyone’s actual results, they are not representative results, and they must not be read as an indication of what the platform will produce for you.

Past performance and backtested or simulated results do not indicate or guarantee future returns. Paper trading results are produced without real capital at risk and will differ from live outcomes.

Market data shown on this website is for information only. It may be delayed, incomplete or restated by the exchange, and must not be relied on for trading or valuation decisions.

Market data is sourced from the exchanges and from third-party providers. It may be delayed, may be interrupted, and may be revised or restated by the source after publication. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and we are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of it. Where a figure matters, verify it against the exchange or your broker’s terminal.

Index names, exchange names and third-party trademarks appearing on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify the data they refer to. Their use does not imply any endorsement of Ai4Trades by them or any association with them.

Automation does not remove risk

Automation removes the delay between your decision and the order, not the risk in the decision. Triggers, trailing stop losses and profit-booking rules place orders on conditions you set; they cannot protect you from gaps, circuit limits, illiquidity, a rejected order, a broker or exchange outage, or a loss of connectivity.

Trading in equity derivatives carries a high risk of loss. SEBI studies of individual traders in the equity futures and options segment have found that a large majority of them incurred net losses. Consider carefully whether such trading is appropriate for you.
